I'm interested in understanding the mechanics of cell membrane via its response to osmotic shocks. Towards this goal, I am developing new quantitative methods to probe cell morphology with a special focus on cell volume and plasma membrane tension.
In a near futur, I will focus on its adaptation to repeated change of osmotic pressure over time.
I started my PhD in the Roux Lab in October 2017. Before that, I did my studies in France (Paris), where I obtained a bachelor in physics at the PSL Research University and a master degree in Physics of Biology from Paris Diderot University.
