Selmihan Sahin

Photo_CV_life-science-097_aliaphoto.jpgSelmihan Sahin is a Marie Curie Fellow at the University of Geneva in the Professor Ross Milton’s Lab., where she coordinates BERCO2 project. She obtained her M.Sc. and Ph.D. at the Suleyman Demirel University (Isparta, Turkey) in Biochemistry. She continued her research for another three years at the same institution as a researcher (2018-2021). Her research is mainly on the production and purification of enzymes and immobilization of enzymes on functionalized surface of nanoparticles. Currently, she focus on tailoring the electrode-enzyme interface for efficient bioelectrochemical CO2 reduction by formate dehydrogenase.
