Selmihan Sahin

Selmihan Sahin is a Marie Curie Fellow at the University of Geneva in the Professor Ross Milton’s Lab., where she coordinates BERCO₂ project. She obtained her M.Sc. and Ph.D. at the Suleyman Demirel University (Isparta, Turkey) in Biochemistry. She continued her research for another three years at the same institution as a researcher (2018-2021). Her research is mainly on the production and purification of enzymes and immobilization of enzymes on functionalized surface of nanoparticles. Currently, she focus on tailoring the electrode-enzyme interface for efficient bioelectrochemical CO₂ reduction by formate dehydrogenase.
