Research

• Get Lab Introduction
• Get your lab coat, glasses and a timer
• Get introductions for each instrument (nobody can touch instruments without introductions)

Shopping

• When you buy from Magasin Central –> you can buy without Kaori's approval
• When you buy from somewhere else –> You need Kaori's approval. If it is confirmed, send it to the shopping responsibility person.
• Give Livraison (Shipping confirmation) to Sophie
• If you need non-free software, you also need Kaori's approval

Conferences

• All the important conferences will be sent to you by email by Kaori. Consider which ones you are interested in. Write an abstract and send it to Kaori at least one week before the deadline. Apply and wait for the results. If you are accepted, pay the conference fee, book the hotel and flight/train tickets. For the hotels you can book without approval up to 70 CHF/night. Try to share the room if there are more than one person with the same gender.
