STUDENT OFFICE
The student office is located on the ground floor of the Sciences III building, office 0003. The secretariat manages student files, receives exam registrations, draws up exam timetables, issues forms requesting a change of diploma and a change of address, and issues exam transcripts after each session.

FACULTY ACADEMIC ADVISOR
Dr Xavier Chillier is available all year round by appointment (please write on the door) in office 0001 on the ground floor of the Sciences III building. In addition, during term time, a walk-in service is available on Mondays from 5pm to 6pm and on Tuesdays from 10am to 12pm.
The academic adviser welcomes everyone. He or she offers personalised guidance on the courses offered by the Faculty of Science, presents study plans and subjects, and discusses possible reorientation. If you have any difficulties with your studies (academic, material, health, language, comprehension or other), you should inform the academic adviser immediately.
To make an appointment: sign on the door (Science III, 0001)
Reception without appointment: Mondays between 5pm and 6pm and Tuesdays from 10am to 12pm in Science III, 0001.
ACADEMIC ADVISOR TO THE SCHOOL OF CHEMISTRY AND BIOCHEMISTRY
Dr Pierrick Berruyer is available all year round by appointment (register online) in office 4-446A on the 4th floor of the Sciences II building. In addition, during course periods, a walk-in service is available on Thursdays between 12.30pm and 2pm.
The section's academic advisor is available to help you with your chemistry and biochemistry studies. Don't hesitate to contact him with any questions you may have about your course, problems affecting your studies, etc.
