Patrycja Paruch receives the iWOE-24 Oxide Electronics Prize for Excellency in Research

Congratulations to Patrycja Paruch who receives the iWOE-24 Oxide Electronics Prize for Excellency in Research !

Patrycja is awarded for « contributions to the understanding of the physics of domain walls in ferroelectrics – in particular for her work on domain wall creep, studies of domain wall roughness, and her discovery of conductivity at domain walls in “simple” ferroelectrics. »

This award recognizes exceptional young scientists or engineers who demonstrate excellence in research in the field of oxide electronics.

She will receive the prize at the iWOE-24 Meeting in Chicago, Illinois, USA on September 27, 2017.
