Attention deficit disorders with or without hyperactivity

What documentation is required for Attention Deficit Disorders with or without Hyperactivity (ADD/ADHD)?

1. The requested psychological assessment must:

• Be recent (maximum 3 years)
• Include the list of anamnestic data (via an interview and questionnaires) and the evaluation of certain targeted cognitive processes (by means of standardised tools/tests) in order to be able to judge the relevance of specific adjustements
• Include details of the undergone tests and their results as well as their interpretation
• Describe the impact of the disorder on academic studies
• Describe current treatment or care
• Give reasons for the adjustements requested

2. If the ADHD report is incomplete, or if you don’t have neither a test nor a doctor in Geneva, you can contact the Pôle Cité FPSE Clinical Psychology Consultation. All costs are at the student’s expense and are charged as follows:

• Analysis of the file: CHF 145.‑/hour
• Additional assessment: CHF 145.‑hour
• Complete assessment: CHF 500.00.‑
