New request

Here are few tips about asking for data:

1. We receive requests via phone or e-mail. If you call us, we'll ask for a confirmation e-mail.

2. When you ask for data, please be as precise as possible about what you need.

For example, if you would like to know "how many chinese students are there", we might ask you to specifiy: for what year? all faculties? both genders? chinese by nationality or degree or domicile? undergrads or graduates? ...

For faculty and staff, the type of precision we might need could be the job position, fund (DIP or FNS), gender, nationality...

3. Before making your request check the publication. The information you need might already be there.

4. We are also available for more complex requests: student flow studies, indicators, methodological questions...

Requests are taken care of as soon as possible, depending on it's complexity and our current workload.
