physical activity and solicitations

world health organization (who)

Physical activity is defined by WHO as any movement of the body produced by skeletal muscles that requires the expenditure of energy, whether for recreational activities, commuting or work. Between the ages of 18 and 64, moderate-intensity endurance physical activity is recommended for 170 to 300 minutes a week.

physical solicitations at work

Although physical activity is considered beneficial to health, there are certain conditions under which it can constitute a risk. This is the case at work, where carrying or moving heavy or bulky loads, or repetitive movements can be the cause of absence from work.
