seasonnal flu

The University of Geneva, with the support of the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG), is once again offering all its employees the opportunity to be vaccinated against seasonal flu free of charge. Recommended by the Geneva health authorities, this vaccination campaign is part of the University's policy to promote public health.

However, vaccination remains a personal and individual choice. You can find technical and medical information about flu vaccination on the website of the Federal Office of Public Health.

The proposed dates and venues are as follows:

  • Tuesday October 17th from 9 am to 11 am | Uni Mail, room M5189
  • Tuesday October 31st from 9 am to 11 am | Uni Dufour, room U363
  • Wednesday November 8th from 9 am to 11 am | CMU, seminar room s1/s2
  • Thursday November 23rd from 9 am to 11 am | Campus Biotech, infirmary, building H8-01 L
  • Monday November 27th from 9 am to 11 am | Sciences II, room SCII-457

Registration online  is necessary and compulsory to enable the HUG nurses in charge of vaccinations to know the number of vaccines to be prepared. For this reason, we can only accept people who have duly registered for the vaccination session they are attending.
