Short Bio
Dr. Julia Buwaya is a Lecturer of the Computer Science Department of the University of Geneva. She is also a former PostDoc and PhD Student of the Theoretical Computer Science & Sensor Lab of the University of Geneva. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science in October 2021 with the highest grade. She attained a German University Diplom (equivalent to a Master’s degree) in Mathematics from the Technical University of Berlin in 2013. After a stop at the RWTH Aachen University, she joined the Theoretical Computer Science & Sensor Lab of the University of Geneva at the beginning of 2015.
