CONFERENCE FEE

The regular conference fee is 450 CHF, it includes:

  • registration for the four days of the workshop;
  • workshop proceedings;
  • welcome party and conference dinner
  • coffee breaks for the four days; lunches for the four days;
  • boat/river excursion
  • walking guided city tour
  • Fee does not include accomodations
  • VAT
  • Registration fee is refundable excluding administration costs until July 15

ABSTRACTS

All presenters (talks and posters) are requested to submit Abstracts (300-350 words ) by Thursday, March 15 as an email to: daphne.donis(at)unige.ch

Acceptance will be announced by *Sunday, April 15*

By *June 1st* all accepted participants are kindly asked to submit an extended abstract using the template provided here as an e-mail attachment to: daphne.donis(at)unige.ch
