Parc Barton Pavilions

- Single room with private bath: CHF 85 / night

- Three single rooms with one shared bath: CHF 70 / night (per room)

There are 15 rooms with a private bath and three rooms with a shared bath available. The rooms are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Local Transportation

Upon your arrival in Geneva (by flight), please avail yourself of the free tpg ticket upon exiting the baggage claim area (prior to customs) at the airport. Those of you arriving by train may purchase a ticket to the hotel from machines in front of the bus/tram stops. Those staying at the ibis hotel will receive a free tpg pass for the remainder of the visit upon arrival at the hotel. Those staying at Barton may purchase single, roundtrip or day tickets either by sms using this link (for Swiss SIM card holders) or from the machines located at bus/tram stops.

We recommend the use of public transportation as parking at the Graduate Institute is limited.

Directions

From the airport to Barton

From the airport, take bus 28 to Jardin Botanique or bus 5 to Nations.

From the train station (Gare Cornavin) to Barton

From Gare Cornavin take tram 15 (direction Nations) to Butini. The residence is a five minute walk from this stop, across from Villa Barton (#3 on the Campus Map, which you can download here).

From the airport and train station (Gare Cornavin) to ibis Budget Geneve

From the airport take bus 10 (direction Rive) to Pailly (Balexert). The residence is a five minute walk from this stop.

From Gare Cornavin take tram 14 (direction Meyrin-Gravière) to Bouchet and from there bus 10 (direction airport) to Pailly (Balexert). The residence is a five minute walk from this stop.

From ibis Budget Geneve to the Graduate Institute

From Pailly (Balexert) take bus 10 (direction Rive) to Charmilles and from there bus 11 (direction Jardin Botanique) to Rigot.

Alternatively, from Balexert take tram 14 (direction P+R Bernex) to Gare Cornavin and then tram 15 (direction Nations) to Maison de la Paix.
