Student's week 2024

As many of you are involved in or interested in refugee integration issues, you might want to expand your knowledge and deepen your skills. Therefore, we invite you to join us in Bienne, by the lake, for workshops and capacity building activities. The purpose of this trip is to enhance your resources and foster a sense of community among students.

 One of the sessions will focus on the legal framework regarding refugees, the integration policy in Switzerland, and an overview of current integration projects in higher education institutions. The second session will address intersectionality, intercultural communication, and concrete experiences of discrimination. Finally, we will conclude with a workshop on coaching, combining both theory and practice.

This event will take place from Thursday evening, September 26th, to Saturday, September 28th, at noon Hostel LagoLodge, Uferweg 5, 2560 Nidau. Food and accommodation will be provided. Transportation cost will be refunded if you are coming by train. The whole event will be in English. We encourage you to use public transportation or carpool with other students.
