Aline Sermet

I am (Swiss) lawyer graduated from the University of Fribourg specialized in children’s rights (Master of advanced studies in children’s rights, IUKB). After working approximately ten years as a lawyer (bar of canton Neuchâtel) and in a juvenile court (Fribourg), I moved to the Institut international des droits de l’enfant (IDE). I am project coordinator for training programs in Switzerland, Senegal and India. My field of expertise are : juvenile justice, the right to be heard,  children in the context of migration (unaccompanied children). I represent our institut at the ADEM (Alliance pour les droits des enfants migrants).
