Olivier Geissler

Olivier Geissler is the Executive Director at the Swiss Foundation of the International Social Service in Geneva. He holds a Master degree in International relationships from the Graduate Institute in Geneva as well as an Executive Master in Development policies and practices.

He has been working mainly with developing and in transition countries in the field of child protection. In West Africa Olivier was responsible for the development of a regional network of 15 countries active in the protection of children on the move. He works with different type of stakeholders comprising NGOs, local and regional authorities as well as international organisations in the area of transnational child protection, including advocacy, norms and standards development.
