·        Biography :

Hiroki is a Japanese physician who obtained his MD in Japan in 2005, and infectious disease board in the U.S. He has worked globally including the US as a physician, and Uganda as a JICA volunteer. He completed the Infectious Disease Emergency Specialist (IDES) training provided by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in Japan, through which he worked for the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Global Unit at the WHO headquarter. He has been in the current position since 2018, and has been working on his hand hygiene and IPC research in Japan and Uganda, while working for ICU at the university affiliated hospital in Yokohama.
